It is rare for me to have a pet kitten priced as low as $1,500.
These would be pattern such as Marble or kittens remaining available
after 8 weeks old.

My sweet beautiful retired breeding Bengals
are often priced $300. to $1000.

I have been breeding for genetic strength gentle nature
and vivid rosette patterns since August of 1987.
more than 30 years. I have many return clients.
My kittens have no internal or external parasites.
no upper respiratory infections.

Many of my kittens have more exotic leopard Rosetted patterns and have
better social behaved than many cats you will find in cat shows.

Most of my kittens have a pattern more beautiful then "F1, F2 "
first crosses with Asian Leopard Cats.

I have owned and bred Asian Leopard Cats
but no longer wish to do so because it is
difficult to find permanent homes for these kittens.
 As they get older they are usually reclusive.

One of my pet clients from a few years ago wrote to ask  "why so much more for a kitten not being spayed" My Answer might help others....  Nov 3 2016 Subject; My soap box, prices As far of Bengals in general, and My Bengals in particular, the change in clarity of pattern in the first 4 months is impressive. Many people come back to me, saying they would by from no one but me. In the past I owned the  " INTERNATIONAL BEST " BROWN SPOTTED BENGAL CAT OF THIS YEAR.... 2016         RW SGC Helios has several other high titles...  Helios is now retired.     This comes not with spare time and pennies.... This work is full time for me, caring for the cats and kittens that I have, also equal or more time working with clients before and after a sale. I am dedicated to my kittens and my clients. For several years running, Bengal kittens have been the highest ranked kittens in number of kittens registered. This creates a lot of scam sales. I am here to help you and to answer your questions from my 30+ years of experience. This will help insure that you get off to a GOOD start with your pet or with raising and selling your kittens for more than the average Bengal breeders can get... PLEASE call me within 24 hours even if you are bot SURE something will become a problem.  I want you and your new kitten to be happy. I stand firm with my spay / neuter policy. People know and trust me... and come back to me. If you want to start breeding... starting with the best will result in you getting the highest prices. If you buy breeding cats from me....  My breeding contract says 'you will have a vet that does early spay on all your kittens' unless sold for more than $7000. each. Along with other requirements....  you will give me the contact info for this vet before taking one of my kittens for breeding. as I said, the competition is fierce, but I do get what I ask for, and why ?? think about it as you look over my cats and kittens again. also check, and let me know my web site rank in the search engines.. There are a lot of scams 'often I am told' using MY photos ! You will find poor quality Bengals for less $.  but you can not sell kittens for what I get if you are using low quality Breeding Bengals.

YOU CAN FIND CHEAPER BENGAL KITTENS

You can find cheaper priced Kittens. I found these at an online auction. They were listed as Bengals? These kittens are NOT from Trendar!    Are they really Bengals as they were advertised ?

The difference is easy to see...  The spots are very small and uniform in size, they are also for the most part vertically aligned, like broken tabby stripes. The colors are muted, not vividly contrasting.... These could be Ocicat or Egyptian Mau kittens just as easily as poor quality Bengals.   25 years ago many Bengal kittens looked like this.   Not Today!  Reputable breeders have worked hard at upgrading the genetic health and patterns  of their Bengal Kittens and the breed as a whole.  ALL Trendar Bengal Kittens have vivid contrast and rosettes of varying type, size and shape

BUYER BEWARE....

PLEASE look closely for signs off illness and parasites
the eyes and ears and nose and under the tail. 

Check for fleas, flea dander (like little coffee grounds on the skin) 
Check for any places that have hair missing... could it be ringworm?
Is the kitten hiding or growling when you try to play with it?

You can't beat a  Bengal Kitten from Trendar My Veterinarian does Spay  as early as 8 weeks old. or 2 pounds. PATTERN DEVELOPMENT
IN BABY BENGALS

Usually the most beautiful Bengal kittens sell first. If you want to wait to choose a kitten that remains, and may better fit your budget, that works for both of us :-) The kitten that remain may be the one with least desirable color or pattern .... He will still have a wonderful sweet personality. If it is a kitten that I have held back to evaluate for my own breeding and showing program then later decide the kitten did not mature to expectations.   This kitten will still command a higher price.   click here learn more about kitten evaluation Usually the kittens need to be at least 3 weeks old to set a first price.  The Bengal Babies change so much in the first few weeks and months that the price can change too. Once I tell you a price on a particular kitten, and you send a contract and deposit, I will not raise that price for you. If you do not send a deposit and contract, and the kitten improves, the price changes accordingly. DEVELOPMENT OF ROSETTE PATTERN AND COAT QUALITY     Showing the same kitten as babies and apx 7 weeks old        In these images above taken at 5 weeks old, with his fuzzy baby fur  and at 10 weeks old with shiny short silky fur. It is incredible how fast my Bengal Kittens change...   I have the right to not sell a kitten if it improved into one that I want to keep.  If you have a deposit on that kitten, you can choose whether I should refund your deposit or allow you first pick from other available kittens or from kittens born within my next 3 litters. . . . . This is your choice. . . With my many years of experience, I can evaluate pattern and color fairly well at a few days old. Contrast, coat quality and conformation continue to change in the first 5 to 6 months of age. Bengals have subtle coloring changes with the seasons, through out their life.

. . WHEN YOU FIND A LOW COST BENGAL KITTEN PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING It is natural to feel sorry for a poor quality, unhealthy, unhappy kitten... PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR a kitten that may die of complications caused by genetic inferiority or an unhealthy environment and improper care. Thinking you are doing a good thing... taking it home and give it a better life... is not the correct thing to do...   Besides your enormous vet bills... YOUR MONEY ENCOURAGES THE BREEDER TO KEEP PRODUCING MORE KITTENS TO HAVE  AN SICKLY UNHAPPY LIFE.  IF THE CONDITION OF THE KITTENS AND THE ENVIRONMENT ARE THAT BAD REPORT THEM TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES YOU CAN HELP END THIS BAD BREEDING PROGRAM SO NO MORE KITTENS WILL BE BORN INTO THIS SAD KIND OF LIFE Also be sure the kitten is well socialized, handled  a LOT every day.... and exposed to many sights and sounds. I encourage people to contact an agency for door to door delivery at an extremely low price.  by air, is quite safe, but it is not fun for anyone.  Shipping is done as a courtesy. Many hours can be spent to secure a schedule. Unlike the thought that you call once and they give you the correct info, this is NOT the way it works.  Try it :-) call 3 times then compare what you have been told...  After repeated reconfirmation at the 800# and the airport,  occasionally shipping still does not happen as planned. It takes time and gas for me to get to the airport.  My preferred vet is 45 minutes drive each way to get your shipping Health Certificate... I will worry about the flights until the kitten arrives safely at it's destination.  In 24 years I have never had a kitten lost or injured, but I have had delayed flights, missed flights and very concerned customers. I used ship from a small airport, I know my kittens get special handling from employees here. This small airport has commuter plains to connect to larger plains. I am sorry but I must pass on this extra cost to you. At this time, 2022, you must  drive to TRENDAR in Charleston,  West Virginia to pick up your kitten. WV is a beautiful state to visit.
