Plenty of wood on the acreage for free heat. the book shelves are built in / over the stairwell... another good use of space... look at the wonderful ceramic tile... This is a farm and we do not remove our shoes before entering :-) It is shiny clean all the time :-) |

36 ACRES of rolling hillside
has LOTS of year round springs
a big pond that is over 8 foot deep!
this pond is spring fed and is always overflowing....
the 36 acres has many level areas.
Many years ago these were utilized for planting grain and corn.
The bright green is another large spring.
this barn across the creek is included
it has a hay/feed storage room, open shed areas and 2 large doorways.
right now a few deer use it in the winter !
wildflowers and a raised strawberry bed. The deer like strawberries better than
I do.
this raised bed is now full of catnip which deer only eat in the winter.
in the distance is a barn with green metal roof. It has a nice size fenced
pasture and spring fed water.
this pasture has a few ancient apple trees. Again the deer usually eat them all

Bright blue skies and quiet rolling hillsides make any job more pleasurable. the extended a frame house with red roof was the closest neighbor. He uses this as a hunting cabin. Really nice man and wife. all the neighbors are GREAT HERE ! ! |
