Exciting Announcement
It will be for adult bengals that need
their fresh air and exercise outside
of my home
the windows lead to inside rooms for female cats
who do not have baby Bengal kittens.
My Bengal girls get plenty of room to exercise through out the house
.
Queens prefer their safe private nesting space just before giving
birth
and for a few weeks after her babies are born.
She wants safe security for birthing and raising the wee ones.
This means a private hidden comfortable enclosure.
Most of the time the door is closed with blanket to keep out the
light.
A litter box, food and water and a scratching pad are all that Mom
needs
.... besides the safe birthing bed.
Momma Bengal allows them to explore.... slowly
at 17 days old, this baby can walk but still can not focus his eyes.
Mom's will gradually allow them out of
the cage/ nest area to play and explore
and Lots of human interaction

elsewhere on my web site, you will seen the cats
inside my home.
this boy is 11 months old and still does not spray.
Trendar Bengals in 2001
Several years ago this is where my
adult Bengal
Cats lived..
Since this time I have cut back on the number of Bengals I
keep. now
I use only one of these wonderful cattery buildings for my adult
males.
Buildings are 8 ft. by 16
ft.
inside with large outdoor play areas.
Each has 5 Stainless
Steel
cages inside with food and water, and a soft
hammock for
sleeping. Outside they have a covered play area
and litter box.
Exhaust fan and 2 large doors with screen/storm doors;
for
light and ventilation.
Gas heat in winter. AC for Summer
Ceiling is metal, like
outside and roof of buildings.
Inside Walls are fiberglass 4'X8'
panels,
vinyl flooring.
The cages are suspended for easy
sanitization inside and underneath.
Cages and Wash out tray under the cages can be hosed
out,
draining to
a septic system.
Spacious cages ( appx 15 square feet floor space plus shelf
and / or hammock)
Cats are given turns to run around the inside of the
buildings the doors have PVC
or Stainless food and water bowls, easy
to clean from outside the cage.
Each cat has free access doors to outside play areas.
Outside areas are 40 inches wide by 4 foot deep and 5 foot tall,
with 40 inch by 24 inch shelf across the back.
This gives each cat room for the large hooded litter
dishes and
room to fun jump and play.
Inside.... Thick recycled
plastic grating makes a cool comfortable floor to lay on in
Summer.
In winter they have warm
beds that are washed regularly.
In winter the cages also have a hammock for sleeping
off
the floor.
Floor Grating lets spilled food, hair and litter fall
through, making the bedroom virtually self cleaning.
The place mat in front helps catch spilled dry food.
Some Bengals like to play with their food before
eating
it.

My thoughts
If you breed and sell Bengals within 300 miles of me, do not be
upset that people
To me, it is important to enjoy my cats and kittens with potential
buyers.
I feel that quality time at home is much more important than going to
cat shows nearly every weekend
I show occasionally.
The term "campaigning my cat" is used
when taking a cat to
as many shows as possible. Trying for the highest score
throughout the
country, and even to foreign countries. If you have unlimited funds and your
cats are just for fun, running and playing
every weekend may be more important for you. That is
wonderful
if the cat enjoys the show circuit too. Many
cats get stressed by the
sounds and smells of new cats in heat or males
calling to the girls.
Showing ' when done properly with an easy going
Bengal kitten or cat, does educate the public about
Bengal temperament and what the
best Bengal cats and kittens look like.
from your home town are
driving to my home to buy a kitten(s).
These may be some of the reasons they tell me .....
There is no odor inside my home, or outside!
Kittens run to see who has come to visit., not away from
people.
Kittens are healthy and very well
socialized, and beautiful.
My outside cats come to greet me when they see me coming.
They are clean and friendly, no odors there either.
The entire area is clean, free of derbies and clutter.
When I show I usually bring home a new Champion...
I prefer to stay home and cuddle with my
kittens,
and entertain people from all walks of
life that come to visit.
